Returns
Items must be returned within 15 days from the delivery date and must be unopened and in their original packaging for a refund. We recommend getting a tracking number to avoid anything getting lost.
Simply email crownculturehairco@gmail.com with your order number and the email used for your order to initiate your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Can I cancel my order?
You have a 1 hour window to edit or cancel your order after time of purchase.
I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Crown Culture Hair Co. will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Additionally, any issues regarding the shipping should be taken up with the shipping carrier.
I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours during peak times. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at crownculturehairco@gmail.com.
How do I check the status of my order?
Simply check your email for your order confirmation. Usually, a confirmation email is generated right away, but can sometimes take up to a few hours.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track the progress of your order directly with the shipping carrier indicated in the email.
I refused my delivery, what now?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for refused deliveries and will not be issuing a refund.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Crown Culture Hair Co. is not responsible for any lost, stolen or held packages.
